Emergency call from Xerabé Bava Village : We can't go out and we can't speak... 2017-02-19 13:03:59 MARDİN – A villager from Xerabé Bava Village of Nusaybin County exclaims over blockade the village and said “ We can’t receive any news from each other. We can’t even go outside” said Ş.K. Citizen called for help while blockade is continuing over the Xerabé Bava Village of Nusaybin county in Mardin. Villagers can’t satisfy their own needs because of blockade by soldiers and police forces. A citizen named Ş.K. ( we don’t share the name for citizen life safety) said “We could speak with phone limitedly. They will take from us if they see we are speaking. We have patients and we want to be heard. We are in bad situation” to dihaber by phone call. Ş.K “Soldiers walk around the village and we can’t look even from the window. There is no bread anymore. Because we can’t go to even our garden to cook bread. We also can’t receive any news from each other. We have patients people to need to receive treatment. We want to be heard and we are in hard situation” said. Another villager N.D said “ Five Helicopters were flying over the village for 75 minutes on February 11 evening. I came to city center of Nusaybin that evening because I have relative in the hospital. I don’t have clear information from the village. I am trying to call my family but mostly I can’t even hear their voices clearly. I couldn’t speak with men because all of them were taken into custody that I was told by women I spoke by phone” said. Meanwhile, special forces who involve the operation shared some video via social media accounts. The videos reminded 90’s period.
