Co-mayor of Erciş Municipality released

VAN – co-mayor  of Erciş Municipality Abdurrahman Çağan was released after the trial was heard.

24 Kurdish politicians included co-mayors of Erciş Municipality Diba Keskin and Abdurrahman Çağan were jailed because of declared “ self-determination” on 12 October 2015. Court board decided to release co-mayor Çağan due to his health issues and delayed the case on March 13.
