Four politicians jailed in İstanbul, three taken into custody in Diyarbakır

İSTANBUL – Four politicians were jailed in İstanbul and three were taken into custody in Diyarbakır.

57 members of Peoples’ Democratic Party(HDP), Peoples’ Democratic Congress (HDK), Free Women Movement (TJA) and Democratic Regions Party (DBP) were taken into custody on February 9 in İstanbul. Politicians were sent into the court house of Çağlayan. Four politicians were jailed on charges of “being member of illegal organization”.

Also police raided to numbers houses in Diyarbakır at early this morning hours. Three people were taken into custody after raids and sent to Police Headquarter.
