CHP İstanbul parliamentarian Gürsel Tekin pointed that TV channels only show campaign of the party in power and no one else’s voice is heard. Tekin also reminded the AKP’s (Justice and Development Party) discourses and specially they use ‘fascism’ word during the campaign because they want to make forget to what they are doing in Turkey. Tekin also mentioned about imprisoned co-mayors of DBP (Democratic Regions Party). “ We disagree with government about appointing trustee to elected co-mayors’ office. Prime Minister claims that those co-mayors supporting terrorism. We need to ask them whether court of exchequer is inspecting or not. If there is an evidence and nothing does about it, then Prime Minister is associate of this crime. If there is no any evidence then it is unlawful. The will of people is seized” said. CHP İstanbul parliamentarian Sezgin Tanrıkulu spoke after Tekin. “ Just a few days ago members of NGOs protested in front of the assembly and students protested in Ankara University. I just want to remind that police used dogs for intervention. Therefore the party in power is not clean on assaulting its people. Numerous journalists, academicians and opponents were discharged from their job or jailed. We need to see that. But today the party in power wants to seem as victim again. Therefore they import crisis from Europe to be seen as victim. But people of Diyarbakır already know this. All people from this region know” said Tanrıkulu.
