German Journalist taken into custody in Diyarbakır

DİYARBAKIR – German journalist Hinrich Schultze was taken into custody  by police while he was in Diyarbakır to follow the Newroz Celebration. After body searching of police Schultze was released.

 

German journalist Hinrich Schultze from Hamburg was taken into custody while he was in Diyarbakır to follow Newroz Celebration. Schutlz was taken into armored vehicle while he was following news of politicians during contributing leaflets for Newroz.




Our reporter Bilal Gündem also was wanted to take into custody because he reacted to detention of German journalist. After people reacted to police, Güldem was released and a while later Schultze was released.
