Six people jailed in Dersim

DERSİM / DİYARBAKIR –  Six people included vice co-mayor of Dersim Municipality İbrahim Kasun were jailed in Dersim. It was also reported that eight people in 16 were released in Lice county of Diyarbakır.




Nine people in 15 who were taken into custody in Dersim at yesterday early morning were sent into the courthouse. After questioned by prosecution nine people were sent to court on claim of “being member of illegal organization”. Six people were jailed on claim of “being member of illegal organization by court board. Three citizen were released by jurisdiction control decision.




   It was reported that rest six people who were taken into custody  are still kept in police headquarter of Tunceli.




Eight people in 16 who were taken into custody on March 14 in Lice county of Diyarbakır were released after questioned in police headquarter.




It was also claimed that detained people were battered during detention period. It was reported that detained people are claimed to “ aiding and abetting to illegal organization”.
