DİYARBAKIR – Bar of Diyarbakır announced that it will be close follower of murdering Kemal Kurkut’s case.




Bar of Diyarbakır made a statement about Kemal Kurkut  who was murdered in check point of police in Diyarbakır on March 21. “ Student of Art Faculty of İnönü University Kemal Kurkut lost his life after police gun fire on check point while he was trying to attend to Newroz Celebration in Diyarbakır on March 21. 




The statement governorship of Diyarbakır realized at first day, ıt has stated that Kurkut was killed on suspicion of !“being suicide bomber’. But according to pictures and video the media realized, Kurkut was killed as half naked from his back while he was trying to reach the area where Newroz was celebrated. At this moment some police were firing to the air while others firing at Korkut’s body. 




Right to life was violated to killing unarmed person  by used  disproportionate force. It is needed to dismissed those who violated right to life immediately.
