DBP co-chair Yüksek punished eight years and nine month prison sentence

DİYARBAKIR – Co-chair of DBP Kamuran Yüksek was sentenced eight years and nine months on charge of “being member of illegal organization”. Warrant was issued for Yüksek.


Democratic Regions Party (DBP) co-chair Kamuran Yüksek’s case was issued which he was charged to “being member of illegal organization”. The last trial of the case was heard today by Yüksek’s lawyer attending. Despite Lawyer Mesut Beştaş demanded listening witnesses and extending the investigation, court board denied the demands.

 

Court board issued the decision after lawyers defended to Yüksek. Co-chair Yüksek was punished eight years and nine months prison sentence on charge of “being member of illegal organization”. Court board also issued a warrant for Kamuran Yüksek.
