Former mayor of MHP : 80 percent of MHP supporters will vote 'No'

KONYA – Former mayor of İnsuyu Municipality of Konya for two sessions Abdulkadir Öztürk mentioned  80 percent supporters of MHP will vote ‘No’. “Members of AKP are going to Bahçeli’s meeting. This is rescue operation of Bahçeli and Erdoğan for each other” said Öztürk.

The most discussed party is MHP (Nationalist Movement Party) in referendum process. Despite MHP declared to vote ‘Yes’, huge part of MHP’s supporters may vote ‘No’ for referendum. Thereby Konya is one of the important center for MHP. MHP gained 16.45 percent of votes in Konya on June 7 election but  gained 11.4 percent of votes on November First election. AKP (Justice and Development Party) gained 65.45 of votes on election of June 7 and 74.4 of votes on November First.
