Citizen of Diyarbakır : Whether they come or not, we will say 'No' 2017-03-31 17:32:57 DİYARBAKIR – While Security measures is taken for visitation of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım to Diyarbakır, the city-dwellers says “We don’t want them to come. Our children’s blood is still on the ground. We will say ‘Na na na’ (No) whether they come or not.” Security measure was taken before Turkish President Erdoğan and Prime Minister Yıldırım visit to Dİyarabakır. Number Turkish flags and Erdoğan’s pictures were hang to entrances of Diyarbakır for visitation. Citizen named Yusuf Küçük “ They follow different policies in each different periods. They hang bilboards everywhere but it is forbidden for us. Whatever they hanged is not our decision and opinion. Everyone know will of Diyarbakır. Whatever they do we made our decision. They take control economy and media. We don’t have equal referendum process” said. A stallholder who doesn’t want to mention his name said “ Would be better if they don’t come under this conditions. No one can be president by itself. There is no coin in citizen’s pocket. We can’t even buy food. So there is no any meaning to visit Diyarbakır.” Another citizen from Kayapınar county says “ Everything is free for them but everything is forbidden for us. Therefore we will say ‘No’. People of Amed are under the oppression for years.”
