Members of CHP attacked during referendum campaign 2017-04-08 19:47:02 İSTANBUL – Members of CHP were attacked by blank cartridge gunfire from the car while they were hanging ‘No’ banner in Beykoz county of Istanbul. Members of Republic People Party (CHP) were attacked by blank cartridge gunfire from a car while they were hanging ‘No’ banner in Beykoz. It was reported three people were taken into custody after the attack. According to received information, The attack was occurred at 01.30 a.m. in Beykoz. Members of CHP included Beykoz province chairperson Mahir Taştan were attacked and attackers were ran away by car. After CHP members’ denunciation police came to crime scene. After received testimony from witnesses three people were taken into custody.
