ESP co-chair Çiçek Otlu released

DERSİM – Ten politicians included ESP co-chair Çiçek Otlu who were taken into custody in İstanbul and sent to Dersim to questioned were released.




Socialist Party of Oppressed (ESP) co-chair Çiçek Otlu, Işıkvuran village’s mukhtar Kazm Sönmez, Hamit Demirel, Dursun Gülmez, Coşkun Köse, Nurettin Gergin, Murat Erdoğan, Serkan Bozoğlu, Barış Özkan, Çiğdem Yıldız, Ferit Yıldız, Erkan Kıl were sent into courthouse of Dersim after they were taken into custody by police raids in 11 different cities. Çiğdem Yılmaz was released after she questioned by prosecution while other 11 politician were sent into the court board on claim of “ helping to illegal organization.




After the court board Ferit Yıldız was jailed and 10 politicians included ESP co-chair Otlu were released by juridicial control decision.




Meanwhile 22 people had been jailed on the same file and 30 people are still kept into custody.
