The world blind and deaf to rescued civilian in Raqqa

RAQQA-  Tabqa Community Council Preparation Committee member Şiyar Mihemed said they focus to provide needs of civilian who rescued from DAİŞ cruelty. “ Any international organization didn’t help yet. They need to act as responsible on this issue and help to people” said Mihemed.

47th day ends on operation towards  DAİŞ (Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant) in Tabqa which is conducted by QSD ( Democratic Syrian Forces). Preparation Committee for establishing Tabqa Community Council are focusing to people needs while operation is still continuing. The committee specially evacuating people to safer zones.

A member of Preparation Committee Şiyar Mihemed mentioned they are focusing both to establish a community council and helping to civilian who rescued from DAİŞ cruelty.  

Mihemed “ Our council will be carried out by nine members. Our first aim is to make gather different identities in the city. As it is known Tabqa is city of Turkmen, Armenian, Christian, Assyrian, Kurds, Arabs and Cherkess. Our council will be established by protection the population of identities” said.
  
Mihemed also thanked to QSD because of their treatments towards civilian and for helping people by providing necessary needs. Mihemed also mentioned any organization didn’t offer to help the people of Tabqa yet. “  In fact, this situation leads us to trouble. International organization should have been taken responsibility” said Mihemed.
