DTO : All former chairperson of DTO were discharged by Decree

DİYARBAKIR – Medical Chamber of Diyarbakır (DTO) announced all doctors who were in charge of the Chamber were discharged by decree.

DTO made a press statement about discharged 50 members of DTO. Turkish Medical Association Central Council chairperson professor Dr. Raşit Tükel spoke on behalf of the DTO. Tükel start his speech by reminding around 80 thousand civil servants were discharged by decree after state of emergency was declared. 

After Tükel’s statement General Secretary of DTO Mehmet Şerif Demir read the statement of DTO. “ 307 medical personnel, 130 doctors were discharged by decree in Diyarbakır. All former chairperson of DTO were discharged by these decrees” said in a statement.
