Reina Massacre's accusation presented to the court

İSTANBUL – Prosecutor demanded aggravated life imprisonment 40 times and up to two thousand 397 years prison sentence  to attacker of Reina Club Abdulkadir Masharipov.

Accusation against Reina Club attacker who killed 39 people at New Year Eve in Istanbul and other 56 suspects included 50 others are jailed  was completed. 

 

Prosecutor demanded aggravated life imprisonment 40 times and up to two thousand 397 years prison sentence to attacker Abdulkadir Masharipov.




Prosecutor also demand same punishment for attacker Masharipov’s wife Zarina Nurullayeva. It was also reported that up to 15 years prison sentence was asked for other 51 suspects.

 

It was mentioned in the accusation file that two thousand police and special team investigated seven thousand and 200 hours CCTV camera and 152 houses were raided during the investigation. It was claimed that directive of attack to Reina was given by DAİŞ (Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant) members and high profile executive and Russian citizen  Islam Atabiev , code name Ebu Cihad.
