Assault attempts towards women prisoners in Antalya

ANTALYA -  Women prisoners in Antalya L Type Closed Prison stated that they faced to assault attempt from guards of prison and called sensitivity  from public opinion.

Pressures and attacks towards women prisoners in Antalya are continuing. Relatives of prisoners informed the press about last attacks towards prisoners. Relatives said prisoners are exposed to systematic violence and facing assault attempts from guards.

“ Two guards named Büşra and Hacer provoked politic prisoners by ideological arguing. According to prisoners, they only could receive Cumhuriyet Newspaper which date has passed and they can’t receive any book. Patience prisoners can’t receive any medical treatments despite they have such a right” said families of prisoners.
