Yüksekdağ : The ones who enjoys to have revenge from us will learn what history and society’s justice

ANKARA –İmprisoned HDP co-chair Figen Yüksekdağ answered the questions of dihaber by letter. Yüksekdağ “continuation of detention can’t be any longer. The ones who enjoys to have revenge from us will learn what history and society’s justice” said.

“Isolation conditions are still continuing. Under these conditions we can’t use right to doing policy. Not even basic right which is right of defense. Isolation is implemented by power’s direction and decision. Limitation of visiting lawyer is imposed to us by court decision. I, PM Gülser Yıldırım and two co-mayors are facing with banning visitation of lawyer. Sharing case files or notes are forbidden”




“… Just today meeting with my lawyer and reaching some information about my case were banned. Documents about my case were seized by guards. Can any one say there is judicial independency after these implementations? “
