Consclusion of   the Sarısülük Case  : Police Şahbaz Fined for Ten Thausand Lira

AKSARAY – Police Ahmet Şahbaz who was accused to kill Ethem Sarısülük, was punished 10.100 TL (2760 Euro).

Ahmet Şahbaz had killed Ethem Sarısülük during Gezi Parkı Resistance. The case was heard in Aksaray Heavy Penal Court. 

Court board decided to Police Şahbaz is guilty with” reckless homicide”  and sentenced two years prison. But court also abated the Şahbaz sentence to One year four months and 20 days which turns to money sentence (2760 Euro)

Mother Sarısülük objected the decision was threated by a police during the trial. Police “ your turn will come too “. Then brawl began after the threat.
