Internationalist in Raqqa Operation : Let us grow this hope

RAQQA –  Internationalist fighters in “ Wrath of Euphrates” operations said “ The revolution in here is a progressive move. This makes changes to people lives and minds and grows hopes” said.

 International Battalion which joined the Democratic Syria Forces (QSD)  for Raqqa Operation is one of the decisive forces in operation. French fighter Nestor Aras joined to the battalion two and half month ago. According to Aras, he was following Rojava situation for two years.. “ I was connected with Marxist-Leninist movements in France after a while I decided to came to Rojava” said Aras.

Aras says that he gained many things from Kurds and their process. Therefore he feels as a part of revolution.




“ I am aware of  that this construct is for all of us. On this responsibility I came towards revolution. I am here  to fighting much more supporting. Revolution in here is a progressive one. So this makes changes people lives and minds” said Nestor.




 Aras also marked the greatest characteristic of Rojava Revolution is freedom of women and founder of this revolution is women. “ We may have different ideas among us, but the base thing is reality. This is the important thing. But unfortunately information about Rojava is limited in France. They just know we are only fighting against ISIL” said Aras.

  

A Greek fighter Yoldaş Yunanistan came seven months ago to Rojava and he is struggling for long time for revolution. Yunanistan says “ Rojava showed to anyone that it is possible to progress of revolution and social”




“ Rojava is the region where anyone can find something about their selves. I am actually a person against war and killing people. Despite this Rojava’s sprit was calling me. In fact this is a paradox. Therefore I am here as part of propaganda for war and working on press. I am here in the operations as a journalist and aim to show the truth to the world.
