Police raid to Çatak Municipality : co-mayor Bartu detained

VAN – Police raided to Çatak Municipality of Van at early morning hours and co-mayor Celalettin Bartu was taken into custody.

Police raided at the same time  to Çatak Municipality building  and co-mayor Celalettin Bartu’s house at early morning hours. After the searching Bartu’s house, co-mayor was detained by police without any justification.


Police left the building after the searching. It was also reported that numbers employee of municipality were detained too.
