According to Judge “they  had received instruction on internet” in spite of internet blocking

DERSİM – Tunceli Penal Court of Peace had decided to arrest for DBP (Democratic Region Peace) co-mayors and politicians due to “being on action by receiving instruction from internet”. But that day internet connection had been blocked by government and mobile phone calling access as well.

Dersim (Tunceli) Municipality co-mayors Nurhayat Altun and Mehmet Ali Bul ; DBP alderpersons and HDP (Peoples’ Democratic Party) Dersim provincial executives had been arrested by Tunceli Penal Court of Peace. Court had gave justification for arresting politicians and co-mayors due to participating demonstration and press statement on November 4-5.

Court had claimed that HDP,DBP executives call the people to demonstration on “ internet websites” in spite of there was no internet connection on November 4-5.
