Trustee threats to owners of package storage

VAN – Appointed trustee Atıf Çiçekli to Edremit Municipality threated to owner of package storage as saying “ You will not sell alcohol anymore otherwise I will close your shops”.

It was claimed that appointed trustee Atıf Çiçekli to Edremit Municipality threated to close the package stores. Çiçekli threated to proprietors of package stores of seaboard in Edremit. It was claimed that Çiçek said “You will not sell alcohol anymore around here. If you don’t stop to sell I will close your stores” while he was touring the county.

 One of the exposed threats proprietors said “ We have been doing this job for years and I have never seen such a thing. We have license to sell alcohol, we pay our taxes but yet trustee is threating us to stop selling alcohol. He has to stop drug selling at first. We are witness of this and many time we told to police to do something but nothing has changed”.
