KARS – Trustee was appointed to Digor Municipality where police raided at early morning hours. Appointing trustee was served to co-mayor Reiz Baykiz by phone call.

Governor of Digor county Mustafa Güngör was appointed to Digor Municipality as trustee. Appointing trustee was served to co-mayor Reiz Baykiz by phone call while police raided to municioality building at early morning hours.
