Workers of Denizli city : We have many reasons to say 'No' from Şirvan to Soma

DENİZLİ – Workers of Denizli city stated that they will vote ‘No’ on the referendum to protect our labor and the biggest reason to say ‘No’ is stopping the workers murders from Şirvan to Soma.

 Natural gas fitter Mehmet Çataşbaşoğlu “Presidency system will be able to assign the wage of workers with masters to make workers more slave. So we as workers let us not dig our own grave. All workers should carry out ‘No’ campaign everywhere” said.

Construction worker Mehmet Diler says “ people are slave without will. Presidency system will not support the workers’ rights. Because there is no any improvement about workers’ condition in the constitution amendment. We are also facing a person as president who violates all principles of presidency of the republic. We can’t say ‘Yes’ to this situation”.

Another construction worker Erol Beler says “We are living with a system which there is no work secure nor enough wage. I also don’t believe these all will change by presidency system. Opposite rest of our rights will be seized”.

“No one should forget that relatives of Soma workers were kicked. This mindset runs the country for years. Things will go worse if constitution amendment pass because everything will be on one man’s hands. Therefore all workers should say ‘No’ to not be accomplice of murders from Şirvan to Soma” said Beler.
