Turkish Interior Minister denies himself : They placed the explosive devices by a dug tunnel 2017-04-12 13:01:50 DİYARBAKIR – According to government statement yesterday, the blast happened “while the vehicles were being repaired” and Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu who stated “ There was no intervention from outside” denied his self. Soylu “ Explosive devices had been placed under the police headquarter by a dug tunnel” said today. Another statement was released about the blast in a police headquarter of Bağlar county. Soylu said “ The explosion occurred while one of our personnel was repairing the armored vehicle. The explosion is result of the terror attack. There are 12 slightly wounded personnel .We were thinking the blast happened while the vehicles were being repaired but after the investigation we reached some evidences that was a terror attack” said Soylu. “ At first we thought ‘someone might entered the headquarter as a worker and placed the explosives’. But they placed the explosive devices under the headquarter by a dug tunnel from next to the building. We as police organization are searching the zone every month regularly. That meand they dug a tunnel before a month” said Soylu. Soylu also stated that Governorship of Diyarbakır will make statement about the blast.
