Numbers people taken into custody before four days to referendum 2017-04-12 15:25:39 NEWS BUREAU - Numbers people included executives of HDP and DBP were taken into custody in Diyarbakır, Siirt, Hatay, İstanbul, Antalya and Hakkari four days left to referendum. It was also reported that Kayabağlar Municipality of Kurtalan was raided by police. Police raided number houses in Diyarbakır city center and its counties at this early morning hours and at least 115 people included trainee reporter of dihaber were taken into custody. It was reported that detained people are kept police headquarter of Diyarbakır and lawyers aren’t allowed to see their clients. Six people included 72-year-old citizen named Zekiye Özgen were taken into custody in raids towards Zivzik village of Şirvan in Siirt. Police also raided 35 houses in İstanbul at early morning hours. 25 people were taken into custody and sent to police headquarter of İstanbul. Also numbers people were taken into custody by police raids in Hatay. It was reported that people were taken into custody on claim of “propaganda for illegal organization” because of shares on social media. Number houses were raided at the same time by police forces at this early morning hours. After the searching houses four people were taken into custody. It was also reported that nine people were taken into custody in Hakkari while four people were taken into custody in Adıyaman.
