Government prepares to extend State of Emergency 2017-04-13 16:19:53 ANKARA – It is claimed that State of Emergency will be extended right after referendum and new Decrees will be published. Government is preparing to deepening the existing crisis right after the referendum. It is claimed that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and government will make decision on three critical subjects. According to some sources, State of Emergency will be extended by government despite it wasn’t suggested at the meeting of National Security Council (MGK). It is claimed State of Emergency will be extended for three months right after it ends on April 19. It is planed that the decision will be discussed on National Grand Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) on April 18 and decision will be published on official gazette. It is also claimed that government is preparing to publish a new Decree right after referendum. Government had been published 21 Decrees since July 15 of 2016.
