Supreme Court protects governor who fingers three civilian as 'terroris' 2017-05-17 10:06:18 DİYARBAKIR – Supreme court of appeals prosecutor's office protected the Governor of Diyarbakır Halil Aksoy who fingered as ‘terrorist’alderpersons of Bismil Municipality Tufan Tunç, Zafer Koluman and Mehmet Argül who lost their life at the bomb attack. A bomb attack was organized towards a police midi bus while it was carrying seven people who were taken into custody in Bağlar on May 10 of 2016. Alderperson of Bismil Tufan Tunç and Zafer Koluman and Mehmet Argul had lost their life and 45 people included 12 police were wounded during the bomb attack. Governorship of Diyarbakır told three people who lost their life were terrorists in a official statement. Families of alderpersons made complaint the governor to Supreme Court of Appeals Prosecutor’s Office of Diyarbakır. But Supreme Court’s office decided that there is no any criminal and hate statement on the governor announcement.
