Soldiers at operation threat villagers : Get to use it. We will come once ever 15 days

DİYARBAKIR – It was reported that military operation is continuing towards 43 villages of Diyarbakır and blockades are continuing despite curfew was removed. It was also reported soldiers ‘ Get to use it. We will come once every 15 days’ to villagers.




Military operation towards 43 villages of Lice, Hani, Hazro, Dicle and Kocaköy is continuing  with ten thousand police, soldier and rural guard forces after curfew was declared on May 28 . It was reported none conflict was occurred until now. It was also reported blockades towards villages where curfew was removed today are continuing.




 Villagers reportedly told soldiers are still searching the houses and don’t let villagers to feed their animals. It was also reported students can’t go to school since two days due to blockade.




Two villagers from Karahan (Goma Salo) village  were exposed to torture while they were looking for their cows. It was reported there is no news about villagers until now.

 

Meanwhile villagers denied Diyarbakır Governorship’s statement that was claimed state forces launched operation towards these villages because growing jute. Villagers who don’t want to mention their name told the pictures were given to press were not pictures of this operation but last year.
