SİİRT – An explosion occurred while governor of Baykan and appointed trustee to municipality Mehmet Kocabey’s car was passing.

It was reported an explosion occurred while governor of Baykan and appointed trustee to municipality Mehmet Kocabey’s car was passing. It was also reported no one was hurt during explosion.
