Women prisoners exposed to abuse in Bayburt Prison

BAYBURT – It was claimed that prisoners were exposed to physically and oral abuse during wings searching in Bayburt M Type Closed Women Prison.

Prisoners shared rights violations that they are exposed to in Bayburt M Type Closed Women Prison via their family . Mother H.Ç told “ My daughter in the prison told me ‘ officials of prison and civil soldiers are raiding our wings after midnight and they are searching the wings until morning. We are exposed to physically and oral abuses by soldiers and guards’ to me. I am concerned about my daughter’s situation. Everybody should hear our children voice.”
