Ankara Governor Ercan Topaca sent official letter to all rectors of universities in Ankara that he banned all activities about referendum propaganda.


Students reacted to ban over universites. Students Collectives representative “ Rector’s letter is pointer of fear that result will be ‘No’ in referendum. This decision obviously aims to suppress the voice of ‘No’ “ said.
