DİYARBAKIR – Residents of Alipaşa and Lalebey Neigborhoods in Sur are forced to leave their houses after police blockaded the neighborhoods with barriers.

Forced immigration is continuing in Sur District of Diyarbakır under the name of ‘Urban Transformation’. It was reported a huge part of Alipaşa and Lalebey Neighborhoods were demolished and police blockaded the neighborhoods with barriers from this early morning hours. It was also reported police forced to residents of the neighborhoods to leave their houses.

It was reported residents of the neighborhoods’ resistance is continuing while police blockaded the neighborhoods.
