MARDİN – Nourishment card which was given by Mardin Metropolitan Municipality to people pf Nusaybin was canceled after trustee appointed to Mardin Municipality. Second time aggrieved citizen Meryem Sönmez calls for solidarity.


Thousand people in Nusaybin where thousand people’s houses were destroyed during curfew between 14 March and 25 July 20016 were aggrieved second time. The nourishment card which was given to aggrieved people from Nusaybin by Mardin Metropolitan Municipality was canceled after Mustafa Yaman was appointed as trustee to the municipalty. People were satisfying their needs by the card.


Meryem Sönmez “ I was living in Fırat Neighborhood of Nusaybin county before curfew. But I had to move to another neighborhood after curfew declared with my husband and three children. We could provide our need by the card which was given by municipality. But after trustee canceled the card I can’t satisfy anymore”. Sönmez also called people for solidarity.
