DİYARBAKIR – HDP Yazidis parliamentarians commented about attacks towards Sinjar by Peshmerga forces. Parliamentarian Ali Atalan “ The ones who attacks to Sinjar are securing the tender from DAİŞ” said. Another HDP Yazidi parliamentarian Feleknas Uca “Attacking to Sinjar means betraying to Kurdish People” commented .


Reaction is increasing to Kurdistan Democrat Party (KDP) that attacked to Xanésor village of Sinjar region. Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Yazidis parliamentarian Ali Atalan and Feleknas Uca commented about attacks towards Sinjar. Atalan stated “ It is striking that attack was conducted right after visitation of Iraqi Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani to Turkey. Operations towards Manbij and Sinjar were launched at the same time right after Barzani visited to Turkey. The ones who left Yazidis people alone while DAİŞ (Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant) seized the region are attacking to Sinjar and Yazidis people now.”


“ Those forces are doing what DAİŞ can’t do to Kurds anymore. Those forces are securing the tender from DAİŞ right now. It doesn’t matter who they are and what they are doing for, there is no difference between them and DAİŞ” mention Atalan.

Another HDP Yazidi parliamentarian Feleknas Uca said “The base of attack was planned in Ankara. If Peshmerga forces wouldn’t run away from Sinjar on 3 July 2014, Sİnjar wouldn’t be seized by DAİŞ and Yazidis wouldn’t exposed to oppression. KDP aims to start a war against their brother while national unity is spoken. This is betrayal of KDP towards Kurdish People.”
