DERSİM – HDP Dersim Parliamentarian Alican Önlü was released. Önlü “I don’t accept this court which has blemish past and receive order from Erdoğan” said and didn’t reply the questions.


Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Dersim Parliamentarian Alican Önlü was taken into custody while he was watching trial of dismissed co-mayor of Dersim Municipality Mehmet Ali Bul. It was mentioned to Önlü that there is a warrant for him on claim of “propaganda for illegal organization. Önlü refused to bear testimony to the prosecution. “ We are elected by people and we don’t represent our selves but people who elected us. I am in front of you as elected parliamentarian who has immunity. It is impossible that allow you to being disrespect to identity that I represent and people’s will” said Önlü.


Önlü also said “I never abstain being judged by independent court. But I don’t accept being judged by a court which has blemish past and receive order from Erdoğan” said.

Önlü was released after his statement.
