ANKARA – Turkish President Spokesperson İbrahim Kalın stated “ A presidential government system is established by constitution amendment. Thus, state authority will be gathered on one hand.”




Spokesperson of Turkish President İbrahim Kalın made press statement at Presidential Palace. Kalın “ As you know referendum which will be conducted on April 16 has importance. A presidential government system is established by constitution amendment and it will be allowed to have decisions quickly. Thus state authority will be gathered on one hand” said.



Kalın also reacted to opponents. “ We can see that a powerful control mechanism if we read the articles of amendment. President’s legal enactments don’t conflict with council’s rules.




Kalın mentioned about the meeting of Turkish, Russain and US’s military generals. “ Our commander of the Turkish armed forces spoke with his counterparts. The negotiation will continue over how Raqqa operation will be conducted. There is no final decision about who will attend to operation. We have criteria that support to Syria’s territorial integrity. Therefore terrorist organizations should not be involved to Raqqa Operations” said.
