DİYARBAKIR – Diyarbakır chief public prosecutor’s office had sued against PKK (Kurdistan Worker’s Party) guerilla and famous musician Delila’s mother Gülsuma Güçer (63) by reason of an interview she gave to author Hasan Cemal about curfew in Silvan. Prosecutor asks 9 years prison sentence for Göçer by reason of praise her daughter Delila. Delila was a member of PKK and she lost her life in 2007.

Delia also known as a musician with her impressive voice . Prosecutor also sued against suspended Silvan co-mayor Zuhal Tekin and DBP ( Democratic Regions Party) councilor Mehmet Ali Dünser by reason of given interview to Hasan Cemal about curfew in Silvan in 2015.
Mother Güçer “ Pains don’t get less with speaking… Especially in the curfew last 13 days…without electricity, water and food…Sometime I could not even pray. After the gun burst we are hiding in the bathroom. That panzer voice doesn’t let me sleep all night. I gulp down my pains. How many young people have died? They want to discourage us and force to migrate. But I will not leave whatever they do” statements was remarked as “praise to criminals and terrorist member Delila” by prosecutors.

Trial will be held in next January.
