No contact could be established for a woman who detained

ANKARA – According to witness accounts, police forces detained 35 days ago a woman named Müjgan Ekin (29) on the grounds of “suicide bomb assault” suspicion in Ankara. No contact could be established for 35 days.



Father Esat Ekin made a press conference with his lawyer Mesut Özer and İHD (Human Rights Association) vice co-chair Selahattin Esmer upon his missed daughter.




Father Ekin told he couldn’t have news about his daughter for 35 days even he applied to official authorities.




According to father Ekin and Lawyer Özer investigation , Müjgan and her friend Zerrin has took the bus from Diyarbakır to Ankara at 23 October 18.30 and they had arrived at 8 a.m. on 24 September. Then She went to her friend Zerrin house in Batıkent. Around 10 a.m. Ekin went to subway station of Batıkent to go to Kızılay.

Lawyer Özer “ My client Müjgan’s father went to Ankara on same day when her daughter had missed . He found taxi driver who had brought to his daughter to Batıkent. According to taxi driver police forces detained her on the grounds of “suicide bomb assault” suspicion” said .




Father Ekin had applied to official authorities but any official didn’t respond,said lawyer.
