BATMAN –It was claimed that AKP lawmaker of Batman Ataullah Hamidi called to prosecutor and ask him to release four people who were taken into custody as part of investigation on sexual abuse to a child 14 year-old. Hamidi didn’t responded the claims.

Details are continuing to come to light about sexual abuse to 14 years old girl named G. It was reported G. was exposed to force to prostitution for months. It was also reported tens of children who were forced to prostitution were taken under protection of Ministry of Family and Social Policies .

After G. gave statement to the prosecution, Yıldız Ç. Who forced G. to prostitution, Şakir A., neighborhood representative Abdülkadir T. and a citizen whose name couldn’t identified were jailed. It was claimed that neighborhood representative Abdülkadir T. was one the campaigner for ‘Yes’ on referendum and forced to people to attend public demonstration of Erdoğan in Diyarbakır on April First.

Confidentially order was issued to the case right after four people were jailed. It is also claimed that a number people who are known in the city were released.

The claim was that AKP (Justice and Development Party) lawmaker of Batman Ataullah Hamidi called the prosecutor to release for people who were taken into custody. After Hamidi’s demand, prosecution reacted to the lawmaker.


Advisor of lawmaker Ataullah Hamidi told lawmaker can’t make any statement due to his busy and didn’t refuse to claims to dihaber.
