4 years 7 months and 10 days prison sentence for HDP lawmaker Encu

ŞIRNAK – HDP lawmaker of Şırnak Ferhat Encu got four years seven months and 10 days prison sentence.

Imprisoned HDP (Peoples’ Democratic Party) lawmaker of Şırnak Ferhat Encü’s trial was heard in Şırnak Second Heavy Penal Court today. Encu attended the trial by SEGBİS ( Sound and Image Information System) because he is kept in Kandır Prison.

Encu was punished with four years seven months and 10 days prison sentence on charge of “propaganda for illegal organization”.
