DİYARBAKIR – An abused child 11-year-old gave birth in Çınar-Diyarbakır. Child and baby were derailed but prosecution ignored the allegation about abusing.


11-year-old child was abused in Çınar-Diyarbakır. The child was taken hospital after she felt sick and was realized she was pregnant. It was learned that the child gave birth last month in Diyarbakır Maternity Hospital. Women association tried to reach the child’s family after they had the new about she was abused and gave birth. At last women association reached the family and had confirmed the incident. Then Women association made an allegation to Çınar Public Prosecution but prosecution ignored the allegation and allegation wasn’t put in process by prosecutor.


Child was taken to Diyarbakır Society for Protection of Children. It was also learned that baby was taken by police.
