BATMAN – It was claimed that torture had occurred to a prisoner named Hüseyin Şahin by eight guards in Bolu F Type Closed Prison.


Torture implementations have raised in prison after declared State of Emergence. Hüseyin Şahin told his family when they went to visit him in prison that he had been tortured by eight prison guards.


Father Şahin “My son is staying with three prisoners in a room. Prison authorities take each of them every day to put a single cell. According my son telling guards are torturing to them in a single room every day. My son finger was broke by torture. After he was tortured they didn’t even take him to hospital” said.


Şahin “If something happens to my son Justice Ministry Bekir Bozdağ is responsible on this” said.


Also father Şahin applied to İHD (Human Rights Association) Batman Branch about tortured his son.
