DİYARBAKIR – Osman Yalavuz who was taken into custody after he was shot by state forces and wounded was released by court board. Yalavuz had been receiving treatment in Hospital for a week after he was shot by soldier.

Osman Yalavuz who was shot by soldier on June 19 during ongoing operation towards rural of Lice was released from hospital after a week. Right after Yalavuz was released from the hospital, he was sent to courthouse for being questioned. After Yalavuz was questioned he was released by the court board with juridical control decision.
