İSTANBUL – Council of İSİG released its monthly report. According to report, at least 205 workers lost their life and a thousand 119 workers lost their life due to working conditions during first seven months of year.

Health of Worker and Security of Work Council (İSİG) released its monthly report about workers who lost their life during working. According to report , at least 205 workers lost their life due to working conditions on July and at least one thousand and 119 workers lost their life at first seven months of the year.

“ At least 627 workers lost their life due to working condition at first seven months of 2013, A thousand 139 workers lost their life at first seven months of 2014, at least 982 workers lost their life at first seven months of 2015, a thousand and 163 workers lost their life at first seven months of 2016 and at least a thousand and 119 workers lost their life during at first seven months of 2017” told in the report.

It was also reported that İstanbul is first city where the most number of workers who lost their life due to working conditions. 19 workers lost their life due to working conditions in İstanbul during July of 2017.
