NEWS BUEROU – Operations were made against HDP and DBP after the twin explosions in Beşiktaş. 129 politicians included provincial co-chairs were detained in six different cities.


Operations were made towards HDP (Peoples’ Democratic Party) and DBP (Democratic Regions Party) after 44 people lost their life on the explosions in Beşiktaş. Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu “From tomorrow on, Republic of Turkey’s security forces will have revenge to who responsible on these attacks” said and today operations were launched against HDP and DBP.

It was reported that 129 politicians of HDP and DBP were detained until now.



İSTANBUL

Police raided to HDP İstanbul provincial co-chair’s houses and 20 politicians were detained until now. Police also raided to HDP İstanbul provincial building and “We came, but you weren’t here!” wrote on the wall. Materials which are belonging to HDP were broken by police.

ADANA

Operation was made HDP Adana provincial building by 500 police, Special Forces with armored vehicles and helicopter.

Over 25 politicians were detained in Adana.



İZMİR

It was reported that 10 politicians were detains in HDP İzmir building until now.

MANİSA

Anti-terror Section raided to HDP Manisa Provincial building and its politicians houses. Five politicians were detained.



ANKARA

Another operation was made in Ankara by Anti-terror section. HDP Ankara provincial co-chair İbrahim Binici and 16 other HDP politicians were detained.





URFA

DBP Hilvan district co-chair Yusuf Cebeci were detained by police.



MERSİN

Police also made operation to HDP Mersin provincial building and politicians houses. 51 politicians were detained until now.
