DERSİM – An official from Forestry Department of Dersim told ‘ Governorship of Tunceli blocked our fire intervention team to intervene the forest fire which occurred because of bombing . “Governorship blocked to enter the region because of ‘Special Security Zone’” told official.




Forest fires had broken out in city center of Dersim and its counties Ovacık, Nazımiye, Pülümür and Hozat because of bombardment. An official from Forestry Department of Dersim told “governorship blocked our intervention team to enter the region” while fire is spanning over Munzur Valley.




It was reported forest fires continue in many points of Munzur Valley. It was also reported villagers of Geyiksu where forest fire occurred nearby put out the fire with their owns means. It was also reported forest fires spready spanning because authorities do not intervene.
