24 people taken into custody in Van

VAN –24 people were taken into custody during police raids in Van and its regions.

It was reported 23 people included HDP (Peoples’ Democratic Party) Province executive Özgür Aras were taken into custody by raids in Van city center and Çaldıran, Erçiş and Başkale Counties at this early morning hours. It was also reported detained 23 people were sent to police headquarters of the regions.

Meanwhile, it was also reported a child named V.K was taken into custody by police while he was going to Musa Anter Peace Park where HDP’s ‘Conscience and Justice Watch’ is continuing.
