BATMAN – Imprisoned elected co-mayor of İdil municipality Nevin Oyman Girasun stated that prisoners are harassed by security camera in cells, toilets and baths in Urfa T Type Closed Prison.


Imprisoned on August 24 and suspended on September 20 by Interior Ministry’s decision co-mayor of İdil Municipality Nevin Oyman Girasun shared lawlessness implementations in prison with her family during the visitation.


According to Girasun, prisoners are harassed by security camera which located just in front of the baths and toilets. “ We are obviously harassed by located camera in cells, in front of baths and toilets” said Girasun. Girasun also remarked that prisoners have warm water problem to cleaning.


Famiily of Girasun also said prisoners can’t reach the newspaper they asked and weekly phone calling which is right for ten minutes was limited.
