Four Decree with Power of Law issued

NEWS BUEROU – Four Decree with Power of Law were issued. It is mentioned that detention period is shorten to seven days and forbidden of lawyer visit is removed. The decrees’ reason is warnings of Council of Europe.

It was reported that four Decrees were issued that because warnings of Venice Commission to Turkey.

367 people were discharged and 124 people’s duties were given back by new four decrees. Also two TV channels which name on4 TV and Kanal 12 were closed.

Meanwhile an investigation commission was established. The commission will investigate of applications of closed associations and discharged people
